Writing Update And New Titles

I thought it was about time for an update:
Firstly, congratulations to the 3 people who won a signed copy of A Silver Kiss out of 881 entries on Goodreads.com, and many thanks to everyone who entered. It really makes writing the book doubly worth every second :o)
A Silver Kiss now has its official trailer up on You Tube... to be honest, unless your screen resolution is excellent, you may not be able to read the titles that well (very annoying) - it will be changed, but not straight away... but it's a good trailer that gives you a good feel for the poetry in the book :o)
Secondly, I have begun writing the next book of poetry, Child Of The Blackberry Thorn.
Brief synopsis: Symbolically, the blackberry is a fruit of remorse, a guardian of the dead and protection against evil. This poetry compilation brings to life the Pagan and Shamanic philosophies of life, death and rebirth. What we feel are times of darkness and sorrow are challenged as the seeds of tomorrow are planted within every page and the blackberry grows strong and bold.
This is out to the public beginning May 2011 and will be available from Bitten Fruit Books (the publishers) in March. More news will be blogged as the work progresses.
I've committed to writing two non-fiction titles on alternative practices: A Concise, Brief Guide To Working With Crystals And Gemstones and A Concise, Brief Guide To Working With Fairies And Elementals. This will make up part of a series of books by Bitten Fruit Books on similar subject matters. The publication date is still TBA, but should definitely be out by the middle of next year. For those of you who don't know, these are both areas I have worked in over the past 12 years, having had clients for crystal healing and personal encounters with fairies... Drafting these books has been a very interesting experience leaving me wishing I had more time to revisit these areas of my life (there's so much to do in life, isn't there?)
Little Moments Of Truth will undergo a price increase from Dec / Jan. It has had a fabulous run in its introductory year at £5.99, but will now increase to £7.95 to keep in line with poetry publications of the same ilk within the industry. The Witching Pen will continue to sell Little Moments Of Truth at £5.95 until 2 weeks after the price change has been reflected on Amazon.
Lastly, I am still waiting on Sienna Dawn to reach Amazon stores. For anyone who wishes to purchase a copy of this title, it is available from The Witching Pen's Bookstore (free postage to the UK). You can read what Sienna Dawn is all about HERE.
