Approx. 5 - 7 days later on Barnes and Noble
And then following that on Amazon stores
The idea being that it is no longer available for free download by the end of November, so do grab it while you can :)
The price will go back up to $0.99 (one dollar less than the list price of $1.99), and it will most probably remain at $0.99.
The price of the omnibus editions will go back up also match the price of buying all three books together.
